The Council is pleased to confirm that the SCRPM Annual General Meeting 2017 will be held on: Date : 18-Mar-2017 (Saturday) Time : 9 am – 12.15 pm Venue : Swan Convention Centre, Sunway Medical Centre, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya The agenda for the AGM is as below :
The AGM registration form link is https://goo.gl/forms/IWL2gOzLV7n5HxaI3 Important notes : 1) Members are encouraged to submit any proposed Member Resolutions in accordance with the constitution not less than 21 days of the proposed Annual General Meeting at scrpmalaysia@gmail.com. 2) In accordance with the constitution, all members are required to pay their annual fees prior to the proposed AGM or the membership will lapse. *Payment method:* Kindly pay RM35 (from 1st Jan - before AGM March 2017) / MYR50 (after AGM) to the Society’s account via, cash, cheque or electronic transfer to the account below. Beneficiary: Society of Clinical Research Professionals Malaysia Account No: 512352318664 Bank: Malayan Banking Berhad Once the payment has been made, please provide the transaction details to us at scrpmalaysia@gmail.com for us to issue an official receipt to you. Please also list the members name if payment was made collectively.
