Important notes :

1) Members are encouraged to submit any proposed Member Resolutions in accordance with the constitution not less than 21 days of the proposed Annual General Meeting at scrpmalaysia@gmail.com.

2) In accordance with the constitution, all members are required to pay their annual fees prior to the proposed AGM or the membership will lapse.

In accordance with our Society Constitution, I am calling to order the SCRPM Annual General Meeting 2015 with details below.:

The agenda for the AGM is as below :

1) Tabling of 2014 Annual Report by the Secretary

2) Tabling and passing of Audited Income and Expenditure Report 2014 by the Treasurer

3) Member Resolutions - in accordance with the Society Constitution, please raise any resolutions to the attention of the Secretary not less than 21 days proceeding the proposed Annual General Meeting. Any proposed resolutions received later than 29-March-2015 shall not be entertained

4) Election of Council Members 2015/2017 (Please submit any proposals for nominations of council members to the Secretary (with seconder) prior to 29-March-2015.

Note that membership fees for members are due prior to the date of the AGM. A registration fee of RM15 will be charged in accordance with the constitution if payment of membership fees is made after the date of the AGM
